Winifred Stamps

Winifred Stamps is a dedicated community leader and financial services professional with more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry. She is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and currently serves as Senior Regulatory Risk Officer at First Horizon Bank. A 44-year member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she is also a member of the Wilma Stewart Garden Club and serves as President of the Ralph Bunche Neighborhood Association, where she is committed to improving her community. An active member of Johnson Street Church of Christ, she is devoted to faith, service, and civic engagement. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hendrix College.



 As Treasurer, she brings strong organizational and financial management expertise to the role, overseeing financial records, managing the collection and disbursement of funds, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. Her extensive experience in regulatory risk and financial oversight provides a solid foundation for responsible stewardship and accountability.
