With over 34 years of experience serving children and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Ann Spencer-Cole has dedicated her career to advocating for others and ensuring they have the support needed to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. She is passionate about helping people achieve the highest possible quality of life while treating every individual with dignity, respect, and compassion.

A lifelong member of the church of Christ, Ann actively serves the Johnson Street congregation in Benton, Arkansas. Now retired from her professional career, she continues her commitment to public service as an Alderwoman on the Benton City Council. Recognized for her equitable leadership, integrity, and passion for helping others, she was selected as Board Chair for BTBD, Inc. because of her outstanding reputation for providing thoughtful guidance and advocating for the needs of the community.
